1. Pre-launch website
Venera Creative is currently registering interest ahead of launch in South East Queensland. Website submissions, waitlist registrations, concept requests and indicative discussions are expressions of interest only. They do not create a binding supply agreement and no payment is required unless a separate written quote or agreement is accepted.
2. Concepts, visualisers and imagery
Visualiser previews, mock-ups and concept inspiration are guides only. They may not show exact scale, colour, texture, perspective, surface behaviour or object masking. Final artwork, dimensions, materials, access, installation method, scope, timing and price must be confirmed in writing before work begins. Concept imagery labelled as inspiration is not represented as completed Venera client work.
3. Quotes and project agreements
A project proceeds only after Venera completes any required review and both parties accept a written quote or agreement. That document may include deposits, design revisions, cancellations, scheduling, installation, warranties and other project-specific terms. If these website terms conflict with an accepted project agreement, the project agreement prevails for that project.
4. Information and content you provide
You must provide accurate measurements, site information and access details, and promptly disclose anything that may affect safety or suitability. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logo, artwork, photograph, plan, name, cultural image or other content you provide, and authorise Venera to use it for assessing, designing and delivering your requested project.
5. Site access and readiness
Before attendance you must meet the applicable Site Readiness Requirements and the project-specific checklist Venera provides. Venera may pause, postpone or decline work where access, clearances, power, wall condition, permissions or safety are not suitable. Any changed scope, additional preparation or return visit will be discussed before additional charges are accepted.
6. Wall condition and installations
Results depend on the wall or substrate, coatings, moisture, repairs, hidden services, structural condition and the accuracy of information supplied. Tell Venera about fresh paint, water damage, friable material, concealed wiring or plumbing, asbestos concerns and previous repairs. If a piece is installed by you or another person, responsibility for choosing suitable fixings and following supplied instructions rests with the installer.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can lawfully be limited, Venera’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and will be assessed in light of the accepted project agreement and the circumstances of the loss.
8. Responsibility for avoidable site issues
To the extent permitted by law, Venera is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate measurements or site information, undisclosed defects or services, failure to obtain permissions, failure to meet confirmed site-readiness instructions, work or modifications by others, or customer-selected installation methods that Venera did not approve. This clause does not excuse Venera from responsibility for its own work where the law says that responsibility cannot be excluded.
9. Website content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Venera’s branding, website copy, layouts and original concepts are owned by or licensed to Venera. You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation but must not reproduce or commercially use that material without permission.
10. General
The website may change or be temporarily unavailable. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Questions can be sent to hello@veneracreative.com.au.
